Wedding...MN Style: We Get Married!

***Good news/Bad news - Good news - I'm back and had a wonderful time with my parents. Bad news - no video...hopefully in a few weeks.***

Sorry about the picture heavy post, but I'm gonna load this post up to include the entire ceremony so we can move onto the reception!

I'm skipping the actual church readings part because we were really just kneeling during that whole part and that's not all that exciting. In a Catholic Wedding Ceremony there are some readings, then the vows, then communion and then the kiss. Yes...you don't get to kiss right after your vows. It's ok though...gotta love the anticipation!

We went with traditional vows...nothing out of the ordinary. Mr. 2SB held his composure very well, however I did not. I got through them, but my voice was very shaky! Once I get the video, you'll be able to see!

We were announced as husband and wife...



and we lead the recessional out of the church!

So there's the short version! Hopefully you get the idea of what happened, but I understand that too much church stuff can be a little boring!

Overall, I'm very happy with our decision to go with a traditional Catholic Ceremony. I know they can get long, but we were done by 4:45...under an hour is good in my book!
