After the ceremony we did a receiving line with our parents. We saw most of the guests at that time and it went by fairly quickly (who am I kidding...everything seemed to go quickly that day). When we were making our exit from the church, most of our guests were already making their way to the reception, so there was no bird seed, confetti or bubbles. Just our bridal party waiting by our decorated limo with drinks in hand. We were more than ready to join them for some drinks!
Funny story - Mr. 2SB had no energy after the ceremony and was already exhausted (much to do with the drinking the night before) so my cousin and my brother M's roommate were given a special mission...buy some 5 Hour Energy and wait for us outside the reception. Needless to say...those little things allowed Mr. 2SB to enjoy the entire reception and to not get in trouble! ;) It is true...I was not mad one bit that he had a little too much to drink the night before. He rarely gets to see his buddies and I wanted him to have fun with them. Regardless of how he felt, he was gonna have to push through the night...and I think he knew that!
Did you have a grand exit from your ceremony or are you planning one?
Next up - our grand entrance!

We are planning on bubbles - we'll dismiss the pews of the church, so everyone will be outside with bubbles in hand when we exit!
consider him as well when you are dress hunting. If you know for instance homecoming dress factory that he will be angry if you walk down the isle in a mini, then do not upset him on his important day homecoming dresses factory by going against his wishes. You need to compromise a bit, to keep the balance. homecoming dresses sellers
