***I can't tell you my news yet...I forgot one aspect of it, so you'll have to wait until tomorrow...sorry!***
I interrupt this regularly scheduled pre-wedding week recap to show you the gifts we got for the groomsmen and ushers and our parents. (You can see what I got the bridesmaids here and here and what I got my personal attendant here.)
Mr. 2SB struggled a lot with what to get the groomsmen and ushers. He thought of the following - open bar for them, but then they would probably be "buying" for everyone; NFL tickets where he would go to a game with them, but they would mean he would have to fly to 3 different cities to go to games with all of them. There were some other ideas, but he finally decided on some Pebble Beach gear. Mr. 2SB is a big golfer and not all of the guys are, but even if you don't like golf, Pebble Beach is still a great place! Trust me...I know that from experience! He decided on these two items.
Pilsner Glass - because all the guys like beer (two of these were shattered when we opened the box, but replacements arrived early Friday afternoon)
Paper Weight - Not sure why Mr. 2SB picked this, but all the guys seemed to be happy, and that's really all that matters!
Mr. 2SB's parents are very simple people and we don't want to blur the thin line of offending them with a gift they should have gotten a long time ago. Mr. 2SB's mom loves to take pictures and they were still using a 35mm camera, which is fine, but they couldn't get the pictures developed in their small town. So, we bought them this...

Cannon PowerShot
I almost left out the ring bearers (who were absolutely wonderful)! They are 7 & 9 I think, so we got them these...

iPod Shuffles (the older one already had one, so I'm not sure what he was going to do with it, but they were both really happy...we also gave them $15 iTunes gift cards)
The pre-wedding week re-cap will continue tomorrow (and hopefully my surprise too!)! On a really exciting note...our pro pics are in the mail! We should have them by the end of the week! I'm so excited! I should be able to finish up the pre-wedding week this week, so we can move right into the actual wedding re caps next week! Eeek! I'm so excited...hopefully you are too!
